Will A Vacuum Pump Make My Dick Permanently Bigger?
There are conflicting claims here. Since there have been no peer-reviewed studies on the long term effects of vacuum pumping, the truth is what anybody says it is. Penis pump dealers give a big thumbs up to long term gains as do some stalwart enthusiasts, but the smart money says no. Sure, the tissues of the corpus cavernosa get stretched and I suppose it's logical to think that if they get stretched enough they might stay that way. But the same tissues get stretched every time you experience a normal erection and as any adolescent can tell you, having a hard-on for six hours a day doesn't make your dick any bigger. In fact, over-pumping might even achieve the opposite effect if you're not careful.
